Kudosly has a written anti-harassment policy — no backhanded 'compliments', no sarcasm-as-praise, no targeting — and every board ships with moderation tools: report buttons on every card, admin review queues, the ability to hide or remove content, and per-member controls. No. Points redeem only for rewards inside your organization's rewards catalog — perks, experiences, or gifts your admins stock the booth with. Points are not cash, cannot be converted to cash, gift cards with cash value, or anything outside the catalog, and they have no monetary value if you leave. This keeps recognition fun and your finance team calm.

The live wall needs a connection, but nothing is lost when you go offline: kudos drafted offline send when you reconnect, and the weekly team retro (Fiesta and Carnival) can be exported as PDF or CSV to read anywhere.

Your organization does — 100%. The kudos, comments, points history, and member lists created on your boards belong to your organization, not to Kudosly and not to individual senders. We process it only to run the service, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Yes — completely. Admins can disable the monthly leaderboard per board or organization-wide, hide point totals from the wall, or run Kudosly with points visible only to admins. Praise without the race is a perfectly good fiesta.

Yes, on the Carnival plan: the points API lets you read kudos and points, post kudos from your own tools, and pipe recognition into an HRIS or Slack-like bots. It uses token authentication and is documented in your admin panel.
